Keys Responsibilities
Perform daily night audit procedures and reconcile all hotel transactions.
Verify and balance guest accounts, room charges, payments, and revenues.
Prepare daily financial and occupancy reports for management.
Ensure all cash, credit card, and billing transactions are accurately processed.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
Monitor hotel security and safety procedures during overnight hours.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams as required.
Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
Review and correct any discrepancies in front office accounts.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
Prepare handover notes and communicate important information to the morning shift team.
Assist with emergency situations and provide support to guests when necessary.
