Candidate Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of the operational goals within various properties and programs
- Contribute to fostering the ethos of the organisation
- Building and collaborating with a capable and dependable staff complement
- Work in cooperation with other managers and departments within the organisation
Core Criteria:
- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field of study
- 5-10 years of Management experience, with proven track record and references
- Background experience in Accounting or Bookkeeping and Operations (advantageous)
- Computer literate – MS Office (especially Excel), experience in Xero will be beneficial
- Must have a love for Nature, and strong ethics, and the desire to facilitate the company's eco-centric approach to conservation management
- Accuracy, attention to detail, strong problem solving, project management and analytical thinking
- Capable of accepting responsibility and accountability
- Strong interpersonal competence, logistical planning and meticulous administrative abilities
- Agreeable to work independently and as well as part of a team
- Manage team relations with passion, foresight, and excellent communication
This is an office-based position (Mon-Fri). On-site accommodation available, dependent on individual circumstances.
