Tertiary education Diploma or higher
Min 5 years’ experience in management or leading a team
Strong Leadership skills
Problem solving, decision making, proactive planning
Extensive Courier industry Operations & Linehaul experience
Freightware or Parcel Perfect knowledge & experience (Advantage)
Good interpersonal, communication & teambuilding skills
Good relationship building (staff, customers, branches, suppliers)
Admin ability / experience
Ability to make difficult decisions
Ability to plan
Ability to interpret and follow a budget and manage a P&L
Valid driver’s license and own car
Motivated, energy, enthusiasm & passion for the job
