Our client is looking for a customer-focused Parts Sales Representative to join their Lanseria branch. The successful candidate will assist customers with parts enquiries, provide technical product advice, support inventory management, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum requirements:
- Matric with Mathematics (minimum C symbol or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Parts Sales, Counter Sales or a similar sales role
- Technical knowledge or interest in engine parts, generators or electrical components will be advantageous
- Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication, sales and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail with excellent numeracy skills
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Experience using retail, inventory or point-of-sale systems
- Professional, well-presented and customer-focused
- Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently and within a team
- Good organisational, relationship management and time management skills
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport
