Core Responsibilities:
- Extract and pull data from Central Reach (ABA platform)
- Input and transfer data into Viventium payroll system
- Process payroll end-to-end (run payroll cycles accurately and on time)
- Generate and review payroll reports
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in payroll data
- Respond to employee payroll-related inquiries (e.g., missing or incorrect payments)
- Handle basic HR/payroll support tasks such as:
- Verification of Employment (VOE) requests
- Benefits eligibility questions
- Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with internal processes
- Coordinate and reference data using tools like Monday.com (plus collaboration tracking if needed)
