Role Purpose

Our client is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Sales Representative to join their professional healthcare division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare practitioners, educational institutions, and key industry stakeholders while driving sales growth and promoting a portfolio of complementary healthcare products and services.

The role requires a self-motivated individual with a strong scientific or healthcare background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate independently while building long-term professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and practitioners.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
  • Grow and manage an existing customer base while expanding market presence.
  • Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product discussions.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities.

Relationship Management

  • Build trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals and industry stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional engagement and service delivery.
  • Represent the organisation in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Education & Industry Engagement

  • Engage with students and educational institutions within relevant healthcare disciplines.
  • Assist with educational initiatives, workshops, training sessions, and industry events.
  • Promote awareness and understanding of the organisation’s solutions and services.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry developments and market trends.

Product & Technical Knowledge

  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the organisation’s product and service offerings.
  • Effectively communicate scientific and technical information to healthcare professionals.
  • Stay informed regarding industry research, developments, and best practices.
  • Provide feedback from the market to support business strategy and product development initiatives.

Administration & Reporting

 

  •  Manage schedules, appointments, and travel plans effectively.
  • Submit accurate sales reports and activity updates.
  • Maintain customer records and CRM information.
  • Ensure all administrative duties are completed accurately and timeously.
