Production Supervisor

Job Summary

• Our client, a leading manufacturing company in the beverage industry, is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations across PET bottle blowing, beverage mixing, filling, and packaging processes. 
• The ideal candidate will ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities across PET blow molding, syrup preparation, beverage mixing, filling, and packaging operations.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and operational KPIs are achieved.
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
• Lead and supervise Production Operators, PET Blow Molding Operators, Filling Machine Operators, Beverage Mixers, and Packaging Personnel.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, HSE, and company policies.
• Monitor the utilization of raw materials and packaging materials to minimize waste and support cost efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare operational reports.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the Beverage, FMCG, Food Processing, or Packaging industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience overseeing PET blow molding, beverage mixing, filling, and packaging operations, with knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and production processes.
