Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project administration, documentation, purchase orders, and invoicing
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, project sites, and internal departments
- Monitor project progress and ensure accurate record keeping
- Provide office administration and operational support
- Assist management with scheduling, reporting, and executive support functions
- Support customer service, supplier relationships, and business operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in project administration, office administration, or a similar coordination role
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
