Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- Proficient in MS Office, with strong Excel skills; experience with Fusion is advantageous
- Previous experience in a commercial support or trade administration role
- Experience within the Grain & Oilseeds commodity trading industry is highly advantageous
Duties and Responsibilities:- Capture and validate physical trade data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Prepare, issue, and track contracts, amendments, and related trade documentation
- Monitor unpriced contracts and coordinate with Trading and Logistics to ensure timely pricing and execution
- Support trade lifecycle management, from trade capture through to contract closure
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and trade administration processes
- Assist with P&L reporting, margin analysis, and financial data validation
- Liaise with Trading, Logistics, Finance, customers, and suppliers to resolve queries and maintain efficient operations
