Employment Information

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements.
  • Prepare project budgets and monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Establish project objectives and ensure alignment with client requirements.
  • Develop risk management and contingency plans for projects.
  • Lead and coordinate all phases of project execution from initiation to completion.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed according to schedule.
  • Coordinate architects, designers, site teams, contractors, and consultants.
  • Ensure proper allocation and utilization of project resources.
  • Resolve project issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the project duration.
  • Conduct project kick-off and progress review meetings.
  • Provide regular project status updates to clients and management.
  • Address client concerns and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate project team members.
  • Delegate tasks and monitor team performance.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Foster teamwork and collaboration among all project stakeholders.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and final project reports.
  • Maintain project documentation including: Project schedules, Budgets and cost reports, Site reports, Meeting minutes, Change requests, Risk registers and Handover documents
  • Ensure proper filing and archiving of project records.
