Key Responsibilities

  • Manage tenant administration and respond to account queries
  • Process lease documentation and maintain accurate lease records
  • Prepare and process tenant billings, statements, and reconciliations
  • Perform financial/accounting administration functions within the property portfolio
  • Follow up on arrears and support credit control processes
  • Maintain property, parking, and utility records
  • Liaise with tenants and internal teams to ensure efficient portfolio operations
  • Assist with monthly reporting and general administrative support
 

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Relevant diploma or degree advantageous
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in property administration
  • Strong experience in financial/accounting administration within property management
  • Proven experience in property leasing and tenant administration
  • Proficient in MS Office and property management systems (PIMS/MDA)
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent administrative, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Professional, proactive, and customer-focused approach
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
