Responsibilities
As a shortlet Officer:
- Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering and IT.
- Supervising teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance and security.
- Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained.
- Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations, health and security standards and energy efficiency requirements.
- Overseeing building projects and renovations.
- Run routine maintenance inspections
- Monitor interior and exterior areas of the building for cleanliness and general conservation
- Prepare and implement project budgets and timeframes
- Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures
- Support maintenance and installation work as needed.
As an Inventory Officer:
- Monitor and control inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and conducting regular stock counts to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory records.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory shipments, verifying quantities, quality, and condition of goods received against purchase orders or packing slips.
- Update inventory databases, systems, or spreadsheets to reflect stock transactions, adjustments, and movements, maintaining up-to-date and accurate inventory records.
- Generate inventory reports, including stock levels, aging analysis, and inventory turnover ratios, to assess inventory performance and identify trends or issues.
