1. To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
2. To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
3. To ensure that the hotel standard of cleanliness is well maintained.
4. To clean the front and back areas within the specified times.
5. To clean and maintain the hygienic standards of all lobby, restrooms and corridor areas.
6. To vacuum carpets and empty ashtrays.
7. To polish and clean furniture and fixtures.
8. To sweep and mop scrub.
9. To wash walls and ceilings.
10. To remove rubbish.
11. To clean and polish elevators.
12. To clean mirrors, glass and windows.

KEY COMPETENCIES

1. Completed Secondary Form 3
2. Basic secondary school education
3. 1-3 years of relevant experience
4. Ability to read and write
