Position is very urgent; the person must be able to start immediately.
Basic Technical Competencies:
· Strong knowledge of Centrifugal, Plunger, and Progressive Cavity pumps.
· Ability to diagnose mechanical failures (bearing wear, seal leakage, cavitation, misalignment, VPF, etc.)
· Hands-on experience with pump assembly, disassembly, and performance testing
· Familiarity with materials of construction
· Proficiency in AutoCAD for mechanical design and drafting
· Understanding of hydraulic principles and pump performance curves
· Knowledge of welding, machining, and fabrication processes relevant to pump manufacturing
