A manufacturing company is seeking a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to manage front-office operations, handle incoming calls and visitors, provide administrative support, maintain records and documentation, and assist various departments with day-to-day office functions. Requirements:
  • Matric / Grade 12.
  • 2–3 years' experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or technical environment advantageous.
