A growing communications company is seeking a proactive Tele Sales / Lead Generator to identify sales opportunities, generate qualified leads, schedule appointments for the sales team, and build a strong pipeline through outbound calling and follow-up activities.
Requirements:- Previous experience in telesales, call centre, lead generation, or a similar sales role.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and confident telephone manner.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Ability to handle objections and engage prospective clients effectively.
- Experience with CRM systems advantageous.
- Good computer literacy and administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily activity targets.
