Key Responsibilities Full-cycle recruitment:
Post job vacancies, source candidates, screen resumes, schedule and conduct interviews, extend offers Talent pipeline
Build and maintain candidate databases for current and future roles in lottery sales/operations Candidate experience
Manage communication with applicants, coordinate interviews, and ensure smooth onboarding for new hiresEmployer branding
