Development and Portfolio Management
o
Manage
the development of prudently priced assets, cost effective long-term liability
with reputable companies in order to ensure Bank’s maximum profitability.
o
Identify
and develop a target pipeline and effectively market for new profitable clients
from the targeted sectors.
o
Manage
key customer relationships through regular contacts and visits by ensuring the
effective call program is maintained on all assigned and prospect customers.
o
Play
an active role in cross selling bank’s products across all segments (Trade
Finance, SME, private banking, group referral)
Internal
Stakeholder Management
o
Proactively
collaborate with all teams at the Bank to ensure delivery of industry-leading
customer service to new and existing corporate clients.
o
Build
and maintain good working relationships with all relevant internal stakeholders
(Compliance, credit origination, credit risk, treasury, legal, back office,
etc…)
Compliance
o
Ensure
compliance to KYC and AML/ CFT requirements in all dealings with existing and
potential customers.
o
Close
all compliance monitoring, alerts within set deadline.
Continuous Improvement
o Participate
in the continuous improvement of internal processes in place.
WHAT YOU BRING TO
THE TABLE
Your Track Record
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Banking, or a related
field
Being
a qualified Chartered Banker will constitute a definite advantage
At
least 10 years’ experience in the Banking sector among which 3 years’ within
the Corporate Banking
The Rulebook
Ensure full compliance with all banking regulations, AML/CFT standards, and KYC/CDD policies and operating procedures.
Market Knowledge and Product Expertise
Maintain a strong understanding of the current economic, fiscal, regulatory, and legal environments affecting corporate banking.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Corporate Banking products to effectively advise clients and manage portfolios.
Portfolio Management
Drive business growth through excellent portfolio management skills and a strong ability to convince and negotiate.
Bilingual Communication
Deliver exceptional oral and written communication in both English and French.
Agility & Collaboration
Thrive in a fast-paced environment working independently, collaborating with teams and managing multiple tasks.
