Key Responsibilities:
 
Sales Leadership and Revenue Growth:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales Team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Drive sustainable sales growth across global markets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned to business objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to optimize commercial growth and performance.
  • Maintain a high-performance, customer-focused sales culture.
Business Development and Market Expansion:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build strategic relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Research market trends, industry developments and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Expand and strengthen the Client’s customer footprint across existing and emerging markets.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all customers, partners and relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service in all engagements and long-term customer retention.
  • Engage with customers to understand technical requirements and business needs.
Industry Representation:
  • Represent the Client’s brand professionally across customer engagements, industry interactions, conferences, exhibitions and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence and customer relationships
Education and Experience Requirement:
  • Bachelor of Science degree – Major: Chemistry and/or Geology.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a technical sales and business development role.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and commercial targets.
  • Strong customer relationship management experience.
