Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership and Revenue Growth:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales Team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Drive sustainable sales growth across global markets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to optimize commercial growth and performance.
- Maintain a high-performance, customer-focused sales culture.
Business Development and Market Expansion:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build strategic relationships with new and existing customers.
- Research market trends, industry developments and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Expand and strengthen the Client’s customer footprint across existing and emerging markets.
Customer Relationship Management:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all customers, partners and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure exceptional customer service in all engagements and long-term customer retention.
- Engage with customers to understand technical requirements and business needs.
Industry Representation:- Represent the Client’s brand professionally across customer engagements, industry interactions, conferences, exhibitions and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence and customer relationships
Education and Experience Requirement:- Bachelor of Science degree – Major: Chemistry and/or Geology.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a technical sales and business development role.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a management role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth and commercial targets.
- Strong customer relationship management experience.
