Your role
- As a IAT Sales Engineer, Industrial Air Techniqueyour primary responsibility from day one will be to drive sales of Atlas Copco compressed air solutions, including compressors, dryers, and related services.
- This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role where success is measured by your ability to secure and convert customer orders on a monthly basis. You will report to the Business Line Manager, IAT.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for compressed air solutions
- Deliver monthly order intake targets through consistent pipeline generation and conversion
- Conduct product presentations, technical consultations, and solution proposals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers and key accounts
- Prepare and submit commercial and technical quotations
- Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline and forecast accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery

- You have 3-4 years of experience, working as an Industrial equipment Sales Engineer
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience selling technical or industrial equipment compressors preferred.
- Strong understanding of energy efficiency principles and sustainable technologies.
- Ability to perform basic life cycle cost analysis and explain energy saving benefits.
- Proven ability to win capital equipment sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
