Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales leads.
- Promote and market available properties to clients.
- Follow up on inquiries and prospects.
- Schedule property inspections and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist clients throughout the buying process.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain proper records of leads and transactions.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation ability.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus.
- Good social media and networking skills.
Remuneration: NGN 70,000-150,000
