Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales leads.
  • Promote and market available properties to clients.
  • Follow up on inquiries and prospects.
  • Schedule property inspections and client meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Assist clients throughout the buying process.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain proper records of leads and transactions.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales team.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation ability.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus.
  • Good social media and networking skills.


Remuneration: NGN 70,000-150,000
