Responsibilities:

  • Close high-value real estate deals successfully.
  • Follow up with qualified leads and prospects.
  • Conduct sales presentations and consultations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Handle objections professionally and confidently.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Provide market feedback and customer insights to management.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a sales closer or high-ticket sales executive.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Experience in real estate sales is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of customer psychology and sales strategy.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven.


Remuneration: NGN 250,000-400,000
