About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager for BMW products. This customer-facing position will focus on driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will play a critical role in implementing effective strategies to achieve sales targets while fostering strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for BMW vehicles.
- Identify and engage with potential clients through networking, referrals, and industry events to expand the customer base.
- Lead negotiations and manage key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and product differentiation.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotions and campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive lead generation.
- Provide training and support to sales team members, enhancing their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights to upper management on performance and market dynamics.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the BMW product lineup and actively engage in ongoing learning about new models and features.

Requirements
- Proven track record in automotive sales management or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Solid analytical skills to assess market data and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience in luxury or premium automotive sales is highly advantageous.
- Certifications in sales or negotiation techniques would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of the South African automotive market and consumer behaviour trends.
