As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of Big & Top Fishery, responsible for developing new accounts and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients across the region.
- Identify and develop new sales leads across retail, wholesale, hospitality, and institutional sectors
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of existing client accounts
- Present and promote the full range of fishery products professionally
- Negotiate pricing, supply agreements, and delivery schedules
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct regular market surveys and competitor analysis
- Prepare accurate weekly sales reports and forecasts for management
- Collaborate with operations and logistics to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Represent the company at trade expos, agricultural shows, and industry events
- Provide clients with basic product knowledge on fish quality, storage, and handling
