Job Summary
We are seeking a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our male fashion retail team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a memorable shopping experience, building lasting customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
- Provide personalized styling recommendations and product advice based on customers' preferences and needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
- Ensure merchandise is neatly arranged, well-stocked, and attractively displayed at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and promptly report low stock or fast-moving items.
- Assist with receiving, tagging, and arranging new stock deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Stay informed about current fashion trends, new arrivals, promotions, and product features.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Support promotional activities, in-store campaigns, and special sales events.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate sales records where required.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve overall business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for men's fashion and excellent styling sense.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
- Good grooming and professional appearance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must reside in or around Surulere or be willing to commute conveniently.
