Our client, a well-established leader in the Courier and Logistics industry, is looking for a high-energy, target-driven Sales Hunter to join their dynamic team in Port Elizabeth.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated new business developer who thrives on cold calling, opening doors, and closing deals. You will be responsible for actively identifying and securing new business opportunities within the region, building a strong pipeline, and driving revenue growth through consistent sales performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum requirement is a Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- Bachelor’s Degree or similar qualification and/or experience.
- 3 Year Corporate Sales Record.
- Need to have worked for reputable corporates.
- Proven track record of having made target.
- Industry experience preferrable – Understanding of full supply chain (Freight, International and
Warehousing products).
- Experience in presentation and negotiation of business solutions at senior management level.
- Valid Code 08 driver’s license and own reliable transport.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling new business appointments.
- Cold calling.
- Achieve individual compacted targets in line with salary.
- Generate new sales leads and acquire new customers.
- Maintain / Manage these clients for 9 months.
- Selling of the full supply chain products ie Domestic Courier, Express, Freight and Logistics.
- Establish customer needs, develop opportunities and expand customer base.
- Update Sales Force daily / weekly.
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients .
