Boutique Hotel in Morningside; Durban is looking for a Sculler. The Sculler is responsible for maintaining kitchen cleanliness by washing dishes, utensils, equipment and supporting hygiene standards throughout the kitchen operation. Duties: Wash dishes, utensils, pots and kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area Dispose of waste according to procedures Assist with kitchen cleaning duties Ensure cleaning chemicals are used correctly Maintain hygiene standards in back-of-house areas Support chefs with basic kitchen tasks when required Report equipment malfunctions immediately Ensure adequate cleaning supplies are available Requirements: Grade 12 Cleaning and sanitation Time management Organisation skills Attention to detail Teamwork Ability to operate dishwashing equipment safely
