Minimum Requirements:

• CA and RA (Registered Auditor) | SAICA Assessor
• 5+ years' Audit & Assurance experience | 2+ years' Management experience
• Auditor General | Public sector Auditing | Tax | Regulatory knowledge
• Lead the Audit & Assurance Division
• Ensure IRBA | SAICA| Audit compliance | Review Audit planning | Execution | Completion | Quality control
• Manage Client relationships and present Audit findings
• Provide strategic Business and Financial advice
• Drive Business development | Tenders | Proposals | Revenue growth
• Lead | Mentor | Develop Staff
• Manage Budgets | Profitability | WIP | Recoverability | Debtors
• Strong Leadership | Strategic thinking | Commercial acumen
• Excellent communication | Presentation | Networking | Stakeholder Management
• High Integrity | Sound decision-making
• Valid Driver's license | willingness to travel
