KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Sales & Account Management- Manage and grow key retail accounts while identifying new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with buyers and deliver exceptional service
- Present seasonal ranges and manage retail assortments
- Ensure accurate costing, healthy margins, and achievement of sales targets
- Coordinate product development to maximise order opportunities
- Interpret briefs and manage client requirements effectively
? Procurement- Source and manage fabrics, including strategic fabric banks
- Approve bulk fabric submissions, shading, and mill readiness
- Oversee trims procurement for accuracy, timing, and cost efficiency
?️ Administration & Operations- Load and manage briefs/orders on internal systems
- Coordinate artworks, colour approvals, fits, and seals
- Maintain accurate scheduling and workflow tracking
- Ensure daily system updates and client follow-ups
⚙️ General- Support operational requirements where needed
- Maintain strong organisation and documentation standards
- Work overtime when required to meet deadlines
