We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive
Senior Technician to join our Maintenance Department
Main
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and perform preventive and
corrective maintenance on catering equipment, machinery, and facilities
- Diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, and
technical faults and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor daily technical operations to ensure
smooth and uninterrupted activities
- Coordinate and support technicians in
maintenance and repair works
- Ensure all equipment operates efficiently and
safely
- Plan and follow up on maintenance schedules
and breakdown interventions
- Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning
of new equipment
- Maintain proper maintenance records and
technical reports
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and
operational standards
- Liaise with suppliers and external contractors
when required
Profile
& Qualifications :
- Diploma / Higher National Certificate in
Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar
technical role, preferably in catering, hospitality, or industrial
operations
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical,
refrigeration, and kitchen equipment systems
- Leadership and team supervision skills
- Good analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage
priorities effectively
- Flexible to work on shifts, weekends, and
public holidays when required
