Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page, technical, and off-page)
  • Perform keyword research and competitive analysis
  • Optimize website content and structure for better rankings and conversions
  • Build high-quality backlinks using white-hat strategies
  • Regularly update website content (blogs, landing pages, service pages)
  • Generate qualified leads through organic and strategic outreach
  • Attend client calls/meetings and support closing deals
  • Present SEO strategies in a way that converts prospects into clients
  • Track, analyze, and report performance (traffic, rankings, leads)
  • Continuously identify growth opportunities


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SEO (technical, on-page, and off-page)
  • Strong understanding of tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics
  • Experience generating leads through SEO or inbound strategies
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills (this part matters a lot)
  • Comfortable attending and leading client meetings
  • Ability to write and optimize high-converting content
  • Basic understanding of sales and client acquisition
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in a digital marketing agency
  • Background in sales or closing deals
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)

  • Increase in organic traffic
