Responsibilities:

Manage and post content daily across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, etc.)

Clip long-form videos into short, engaging, viral-ready content

Edit and enhance videos and images to match brand quality and style

Write captions that drive engagement and conversation

Respond to comments and messages to build an active community

Research trends and adapt content to stay relevant and competitive

Distribute content strategically to increase reach (including repost strategies and collaborations)

Reach out to brands and businesses for partnerships and collaborations

Identify opportunities to grow both brands organically and through strategic outreach

Track performance metrics and suggest improvements
Requirements:

Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts (personal brand experience is a plus)

Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools)

Deep understanding of viral content and social media algorithms

Ability to think creatively and spot trends early

Strong communication skills (for community management and brand outreach)

Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Experience in content repurposing and distribution strategies is a big advantage
