SITE MANAGER REQUIRED – MIDRAND, GAUTENGA leading property developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee residential building projects in the Midrand area of Gauteng.
Minimum Requirements:- Proven experience managing residential building projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, site coordination, and quality control
- Ability to manage subcontractors, labour, and project timelines effectively
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid driver’s licence essential
Key Responsibilities:- Full on-site management of residential developments
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor project progress, quality, and programme timelines
- Ensure health & safety compliance on site
- Conduct site meetings and reporting
- Manage site staff and daily operations
- Ensure projects are completed to required standards and within budget
Package:Market-related salary offered based on experience
