Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) / N3
- Supervisory / Management Qualification
- Min Experience: 5 years as a Foreman / Supervisor
- Proven ability to manage teams, coordinate daily production, and improve efficiency.
- Valid Code B Driver’s License

Duties:- Production Planning: Overseeing daily activities and managing shop floor workflow to meet targets.
- Quality Control: Ensuring all fabrication meets specifications and high-quality standards.
- Team Management: Supervising staff, conducting performance reviews, and training.
- Maintenance: Organizing maintenance of shop tools, plant machinery, and equipment.
