Join our dynamic team as a vital member of our operations. We are seeking a dedicated Storekeeper to ensure that our inventory is managed effectively and efficiently.
You will be responsible for the efficient management of receiving, storage,
issuance, and inventory activities to ensure accurate stock control,
operational efficiency, and compliance with company procedures and safety
standards.
The
Storekeeper will work under the supervision of the Procurement Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage
incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring accurate documentation and system updates.
- Receive,
inspect, verify, store, issue, and track materials, spare parts, consumables,
and company assets.
- Ensure received goods by
warehouse match purchase orders /
invoices ito right Quantity / price / quality from the suppliers in SAP and
report any discrepancies or damages.
- Maintain proper
storage conditions, stock organisation, labelling, and bin locations (if
any).
- Monitor inventory
levels & stock security levels of critical items and minimise excess,
obsolete, and slow-moving stock.
- Maintain accurate
inventory records and update all stock movements in (SAP ERP /inventory
system) and ensure timely delivery of
invoices to finance department / input on VIM for prompt payment)
- Maintain proper
storage conditions, stock organisation, labelling, and bin locations (if
any).
- Utilise inventory systems to
track stock movements, raise purchase requests, update inventory levels,
and generate reports.
- Perform monthly cycle
counts, random stock checks, and annual physical inventories.
- Liaise
with Procurement colleagues to always ensure
an up-to-date Open PO listing and prompt
- Update of stock on SAP through
receipts (GR) and issues (GI) on a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with
company procedures, inventory controls, and health & safety
regulations.
- Ensure
proper Diesel Monitoring for NL fleet with
prompt ordering and issuing of diesel with appropriate control already in
place.
- Ensure
proper Update on SAP for CAPEX projects regarding nonstock items, receipt
- Prepare dynamic Dashboard
for daily, weekly, monthly follow up .
Qualifications:
- Minimum Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset
- Previous experience in a warehousing or storekeeping role is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Proficiency in
ERP/inventory systems and Microsoft Office.
