Rogers Capital Finance Ltd is looking for a  Strategic Finance Analyst who will support the business in financial analysis, forecasting, liability management, and strategic decision-making through the development of financial models and analytical insights.

The role will contribute to balance sheet optimisation, funding analysis, profitability assessment, budgeting, and long-term financial planning within the financial services sector.

 

Key Responsibilities

Financial Modelling & Analysis

  • Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.

  • Conduct scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and stress testing.

  • Analyse profitability, funding costs, and financial performance trends.

  • Support business case preparation and investment evaluations.

Liability & Funding Analysis

  • Monitor funding structures and cost of funds.

  • Support liquidity and cash flow analysis.

  • Assist in evaluating funding and refinancing opportunities.

  • Participate in balance sheet and asset-liability analysis.

Strategic & Business Support

  • Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations.

  • Support strategic projects and business initiatives through financial analysis.

  • Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Operations, and Business teams.

Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and models.

  • Contribute to automation and enhancement of financial reporting processes.

  • Maintain documentation of modelling assumptions and methodologies.

 

 

Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.

  • ACCA / CFA Level 2 or equivalent would be an advantage.

Experience

  • 4–7 years’ experience in financial analysis, modelling, treasury, or strategic finance.

  • Experience in financial services, banking, leasing, or lending environment preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

  • Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or financial analytics tools would be an advantage.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
