Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing through to onboarding co-ordination.
- Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and other creative sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for scarce and hard-to-fill roles.
- Conduct candidate screening interviews and manage the recruitment process through to offer stage.
- Facilitate salary discussions and offer negotiations with candidates.
- Co-ordinate recruitment administration and onboarding documentation related to the hiring process.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers and site leadership regarding recruitment progress, talent availability, and hiring strategies.
- Track recruitment activity, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring metrics.
- Develop innovative sourcing approaches to secure high-quality and diverse talent.
- Ensure recruitment activities remain compliant with relevant South African labour legislation and hiring practices.
Important Clarification:This role is dedicated specifically to Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. It does not include broader HR generalist responsibilities.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in full-function recruitment within a complex or high-volume environment.
- Strong experience in sourcing passive candidates and managing difficult-to-fill vacancies.
- Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and candidate management skills.
- Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and recruitment co-ordination abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems / HR systems.
