We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a global organisation on a temporary contract to support a large-scale business restructure and recruitment project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to fill critical vacancies.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates for a variety of roles.
- Build talent pipelines and provide an excellent candidate experience.
- Support recruitment activities during a period of organisational change.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Corporate recruitment experience essential.
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Contract Details:
- 2–3 month temporary contract.
