Technical Information Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, analyze, and interpret technical and operational data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, reports, databases, and knowledge repositories.
• Identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to ensure information accuracy.
• Create dashboards, performance reports, and management summaries.
• Support information governance, data quality, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct research on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly documentation and presentations.
• Monitor and improve information management processes and systems.
• Assist with audits, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting where required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Analysis, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in information analysis, technical documentation, business analysis, or data management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working with databases, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
• Knowledge of data governance and information management frameworks.
• Familiarity with technical documentation standards and best practices.
• Experience working in technology, engineering, telecommunications, finance, or similar industries.
• Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or Information Management.
