The Role
You will be responsible for:

Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining customer relationships within the label and packaging industry.

Solution Selling: Identifying opportunities for new equipment, upgrades, consumables, and service solutions.

Consultative Approach: Consulting with customers to understand production challenges and recommending appropriate solutions.

Commercial Admin: Preparing quotations, proposals, and managing follow-ups.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinating with technical and service teams to ensure successful installations and customer satisfaction.

Travel: Travelling locally and occasionally internationally when required.

Brand Representation: Representing the company professionally at customer sites, exhibitions, and industry events.
