Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric), N4, or equivalent
  • Qualified Artisan with a Trade Test
  • Minimum 7 years' machining experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience operating universal horizontal lathes, vertical lathes, and horizontal boring mills
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Experience machining hydraulic components to specification
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
