Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties
- Provide basic accounting and financial administration support
- Capture data accurately and maintain filing and record-keeping systems
- Assist with invoicing, reconciliations, and related finance tasks
- Support daily dealership administration requirements
- Ensure documentation is completed accurately and submitted timeously
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required
Requirements:- Grade 12
- A financial or administration qualification (certificate or diploma beneficial)
- Have not completed a YES Programme before
- Some exposure to accounting and administrative functions
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Good computer literacy skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must reside in or close to Pietermaritzburg, or be willing to relocate
