Responsibilities:
- Support your manager in a constructive manner, ensuring that internal departmental relationships are properly maintained.
- Personally manage work efficiently.
- Maintain a high-quality work ethic and ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Participate in all relevant training programs.
- Assist in improving and developing the knowledge and skills of others.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and ensure proper care of company assets.
- Maintain good housekeeping and accurate filing systems.
- Demonstrate strong time-management skills.
- Build and maintain effective internal and external relationships through clear and professional communication.
Requirements:- Diploma or Certificate in Accounting or Bookkeeping.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar invoicing or finance-related role.
This position requires a detail-oriented and reliable individual with strong numerical and administrative skills.
