Debtors Clerk / Accounts Administrator - Cape Town

Description:

  • Manage the full debtors function, including invoicing and account reconciliations
  • Update and maintain storage cards accurately
  • Generate and process monthly storage invoices
  • File and maintain all invoicing documentation
  • Capture and allocate direct deposits on aging reports
  • Follow up on outstanding payments
  • Monitor debtor aging and escalate where necessary
  • Recalculate annual storage increase rates and send client notifications
  • Process account renders for ex-store clients and forward to operations
  • Assist with general invoicing and finance administration when required
Requirements:
  • Matric certificate with Mathematics OR relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Bookkeeping
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in debtors and accounts administration
  • Google web-based applications knowledge 
  • Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word proficient
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
