REQUIREMENT:
- RSA ID and legal residence essential
- Minimum 3 years' hospitality management experience essential
- Hospitality qualification beneficial
- Valid Driver's License essential
- Strong Front Office and guest relations experience
- Experience managing reservations and booking systems
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong administration and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lead and motivate staff
- Professional, guest-focused approach
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy hospitality environment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage reservations and Front Office operations
- Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay
- Support the Lodge Manager with daily operational requirements
- Oversee guest check-ins and check-outs
- Assist with staff supervision, training, and development
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service delivery
- Monitor operational standards across the resort
- Handle guest queries and resolve complaints professionally
- Prepare reports and maintain operational records
- Relieve the Lodge Manager during leave cycles and days off
PACKAGE:
- R20,000 per month
