REQUIREMENT:
- RSA ID and legal residence essential
- Previous experience in reservations, front office, or hospitality administration essential
- Experience with OTA platforms including Booking.com and LekkeSlaap
- Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) advantageous
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Good financial understanding and attention to detail
- Computer literacy essential
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Professional, reliable, and trustworthy
- Hospitality qualification advantageous
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage all reservations received via email, website, OTA platforms, and direct bookings
- Maintain rates and availability across all booking channels
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the reception department
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Scan and capture supplier invoices onto the accounting system
- Reconcile petty cash and monitor daily income and expenditure
- Prepare payroll information for the external accountants
- Place orders with suppliers and manage purchasing requirements
- Conduct and monitor regular stock takes and inventory control
- Ensure accurate administration, reporting, and record keeping
- Deliver exceptional guest service and support operational efficiency
