Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the day-to-day performance of debit order collections and authentication processes.
- Design, implement, and optimise collection tracking and pay-day strategies to maximise payment success.
- Analyse collections data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Reduce transaction costs by identifying inefficiencies and implementing process enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable payment regulations, industry standards, and legislative requirements.
Job Experience and Skills Required:- Relevant tertiary qualification in a quantitative, analytical, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience within debit order collections, payments, preferably within financial services or unsecured lending.
- Strong understanding of the National Credit Act, collections processes, and debit order authentication frameworks.
- Proven experience developing and optimising collections or payment strategies.
- Strong SQL skills with experience in data extraction, reporting, and analysis.
