Education:
- BEng Degree in Industrial Engineering
Job Experience & Skills Required:- Minimum 3 years’ experience
- Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, mining, warehousing, engineering, automotive, or industrial environments is highly sought after
- Process optimisation and continuous improvement
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
- Production planning and workflow optimisation
- Supply chain and logistics improvement
- Capacity planning and resource utilisation
- Data analysis, performance reporting, and KPI development
- Cost reduction and productivity improvement initiatives
- Project management and cross-functional stakeholder engagement
