  • The candidate does not need to have any sales experience specifically but should be interested in moving into a commercial role, enjoy speaking to customers and business development, with an outgoing personality.
  • Cold calling is a much lower priority in this role as it is very consultative selling.
  • Someone who enjoys winning new business and building relationships
  • Self-driven, curious, and motivated by results
