Structural Engineer

Minimum Requirements:

• B.Sc.Eng or B.Eng in Civil/Structural Engineering with 5+ years’ experience.
• Professionally Registered or imminent registration with ECSA.
• Preferential Abilities & Experience:
• Solid technical background in structural analysis, modelling, and hand calculations, ensuring sound, code compliant, and constructible designs across a range of materials and building types.
• Strong ability to conduct and lead site inspections, assess workmanship, and issue site instructions.
• Proven ability to take projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding junior engineers and technicians.
• Ability to integrate structural design elements with other engineering & architectural disciplines.
• Strong client communication & interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple concurrent projects without compromising quality.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD Suite & structural modelling software e.g. Tekla, Prokon, Masterseries, Robot.
